With 50 locations and 100 programs in NYCs most under-served communities our 1000 results-oriented professionals make a difference for more than 40000 children and their families each Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations procedures and resources to ensure optimal efficiency of the program and Functions:Performs registration/enrollment/intake of families and children for and distributes program customer inquiries and/or complaints in a courteous and timely DYCD Online systems (i.e. inputting participant information attendance activity schedule holiday programming schedules etc.)Prepares and maintains student statistical data for monthly board and maintains office supply inventory including ordering other related duties as Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:High School diploma or of clerical practices and in Microsoft leadership collaborative and diplomacy oral and written communication to plan and carry out assignments to prioritize adhere to timelines and Behavioral Expectations:Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance punctuality personal appearance and adherence to relevant health & safety and successful performance including meeting productivity an understanding of the principles methods and processes needed to perform the job.
