The Office Manager is responsible for leading the administrative operations team that serves as the foundation of our customer experience and operational execution.

This role oversees office personnel responsible for customer service permitting scheduling product ordering receiving payroll support and accounts receivable. While the positions direct reports are administrative team members its influence extends throughout the organization by ensuring processes are followed information flows accurately and operational standards are consistently maintained.

The successful candidate will strengthen an existing team develop talent reinforce accountability and ensure the systems and processes that support the business operate efficiently and effectively.
