About theOffice Coordinator:

MarketStarisseekinga dedicated and organized Office Coordinatorto join our team. TheFacilitiesSpecialistwillbe responsible forensuring that our buildings and facilities arewell-maintained safe and functional.

Location:Ogden UT

What will you do

  • Secure the building at all times

  • Monitor cameras

  • Answer phone/forward calls

  • Direct traffic

  • Use the Envoy system to check in and out visitors into the building

  • Willassistother departments in general administrative tasks when needed

What Will You Need to Succeed

  • Must be willing to be trained in Pasco Guard training for the state of Utah

  • Must be required to take a Background check

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Some college or advanced secretarial training preferred

  • Proficient typing and computer skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft

  • Well organized attentive to detail and able to work well independently

  • Able tooperatebasic office equipment including 10-key calculator telephone fax and copy machines

Compensation Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 USD

The hourly pay range for this position is between $16.83 and $19.23 USD. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to the roles responsibilities experience location education/training internal equity and key skills. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
