• Run the front desk scheduling and patient flow to ensure a positive patient experience
• Verify insurance review financial plans with patients
• Create a high-energy welcoming patient experience
• Support clinic operations reporting and organization
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctors treatment plan
• Take charge of marketing campaigns creative content community outreach
• Assist with social media (photos videos posting content)
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial information
• Collect patient charges control credit extended to patients and file collect and expedite third-party claims
• Maintain business office inventory
• Other Administrative tasks
