You will provide professional office administration and innovative support services for the Boise Service Center. Reporting to the Service Center Manager you will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations by supporting multiple departments maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating administrative and procurement activities.
What You Will Do
Organize and prioritize daily work activities adapting to changing needs based on Fab Shop Manager requirements and workload
Prepare format and produce reports correspondence memos and other technical or confidential documents
Coordinate with departments and offices to ensure documentation is accurate complete and properly maintained
Maintain direct communication with key personnel across departments and locations
Establish and manage filing systems and computer databases for departmental use
Collect submit and track project time reports
Support the finance team by obtaining approvals and filing vendor and supplier invoices
Solicit vendor/supplier pricing and prepare material requests
Enter material request information into Syteline and generate purchase orders
Maintain adequate office supplies to support operational efficiency across departments
Assist with special assignments and projects as needed
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean organized workspace

Location: Boise Service Center
Travel: Minimal travel expected primarily for training
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma plus a minimum of three (3) years of directly related administrative experience in production manufacturing or design environments; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize with accuracy and dependability
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and make decisions using independent judgment

University attendance or degree preferred
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The pay range for this role is $55000-$60000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
