Our Client is seeking an Ocean Import Specialist to coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments manage import documentation and customs clearance processes ensure regulatory compliance communicate with carriers and agents track shipments coordinate final-mile delivery and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations.
Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) FMC and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with carriers customs brokers overseas agents and internal departments.
Track trace and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred)
Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding (preferred)
English and Korean bilingual (preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
