Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN COTA

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Circleville Ohio to help residents build skills for safer more independent daily living. Youll carry out treatment plans under an OTs direction document progress and partner with the care team to support patient-centered goals.

Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic interventions adapting activities and equipment tracking outcomes and communicating updates to clinicians and families as appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current COTA/OTA licensure in Ohio
- CPR preferred; strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is a plus
