About the Role We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Glendive Montana. This role will support occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting helping residents improve independence daily living skills and overall functional ability.
Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support residents with activities of daily living mobility and functional skill development Follow established care plans and therapy goals Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with nursing rehab and care team members to support resident outcomes
Requirements Active Montana COTA license required Minimum 1 year of COTA experience Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and resident care skills Ability to work day shift schedule No on-call requirement
