We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient pediatric this role you will provide therapeutic services that support children in developing the skills they need to participate fully in daily activities at home in school and in the community. The ideal candidate is patient-centered collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality care in a family-focused environment.

• Evaluate pediatric clients to identify functional strengths challenges and therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings clinical judgment and client goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions for children with a variety of developmental sensory motor and functional needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support meaningful outcomes.
• Educate and coach parents caregivers and families on home programs and carryover strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians educators therapists and other care team members to support comprehensive care.
• Document evaluations treatment sessions progress notes and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards safety guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Contribute to a positive supportive and child-centered therapy environment.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current occupational therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of pediatric development sensory processing motor skills and functional participation.

• Previous experience in outpatient pediatrics early intervention or school-based services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based pediatric therapy approaches.
• Experience using electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
