• Work closely with patients families nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals
• Help patients achieve their functional and quality-of-life goals

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
• Experience in skilled nursing long-term care or geriatrics is a plus
