What Youll Do
- Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans that improve functional independence
- Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) adaptive equipment and safety techniques
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists Speech-Language Pathologists nursing staff physicians and families
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
