About the Role

Hello Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time hybrid Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across multiple schools in Kiowa CO. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct assessments and therapy services in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings documentation planning and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based OTs as well as clinicians transitioning into the school setting who are looking for flexibility autonomy and a supportive team environment. What Youll Do

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations treatment and consultation

• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs

• Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate

• Support students fine motor sensory and functional skill development

• Partner with teachers SPED staff and families to promote carryover

• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
  

What Were Looking For

• Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license

• CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)

• Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred not required
