Day to day you can expect 30-60minute one-to-onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationshipstwoevaluations per week that keep the work varied andengaging andbuilt in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to can expect to supervise and support 2 COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

Compensation flexibility
Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($82000$90000) or pay-per-billed-visit($35$43.20/visit $120/eval $35$36/meeting hour).Wellexplain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

- Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification in good standing
- Colorado DORA OT license or ability to obtain
- 2-5 years of experience
