You will join a team that loveswhat they do andisexcited to learn andgrowalongside you. Our multidisciplinary model meansyoullhave the opportunity to collaborate with Speech PT and ABAgainingnew perspectives andbuildinga richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationshipstwoevaluations per week that keep the work varied andengaging andbuilt-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2 COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days) and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM6:00 PM with patient care in the morning a lunch break from 121 and continued sessions in the afternoon.

Compensation: Salary Range: $82000$90000/year. Bilingual Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-basedmonthly bonus: We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-onbonus: Up to $7000in bonuses.

• Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

• NBCOT certification in good standing

• Colorado DORA OT license or ability to obtain

• 2-5 years of experience
