• 4-Day School Week (No School on Mondays!)

About the Role

Hello Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K12 school setting in Brighton this role youll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations supporting IEP development and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

What Youll Do

• Provide school-based OT services including evaluations treatment and consultation
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students fine motor sensory and functional skill development
• Partner with teachers SPED staff and families to promote carryover
• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access

What Were Looking For

• Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license
• CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred but not required
