Pay Rate: $46/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts; 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation assignment in Benton Illinois. This role is ideal for an OT who can evaluate patients create individualized treatment plans and support functional recovery in an inpatient care setting.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans

Provide therapy services to improve daily living skills and functional independence

Support patient recovery through therapeutic activities and treatment interventions

Monitor progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate

Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately in EPIC
-
Collaborate with the care team to support safe and effective patient care
Requirements

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required

Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience required

Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

EPIC experience required

Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts including weekday and weekend shifts

Strong clinical assessment communication and documentation skills
