Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 5x8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours/week

About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing and long-term care contract opportunity in Belle Fourche SD. This role supports residents with improving daily living skills mobility independence and overall functional ability.
Responsibilities

Evaluate resident functional abilities and therapy needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide occupational therapy services in SNF/LTC setting

Support ADL training mobility strengthening and adaptive techniques

Educate residents and care teams on therapy goals and progress

Maintain accurate therapy documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements
-
Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License required

Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Must be able to work day shift 5x8 schedule
