Opportunity Details:

  • Provide comprehensive care across Labor & Delivery Gynecologic Inpatient Services Ambulatory OB/GYN and Gynecologic Surgery.
  • Flexible scheduling with a combination of 8-hour shifts for outpatient OB/GYN care and gynecologic surgery and 12-hour day and night shifts for Labor & Delivery and gynecologic inpatient coverage.
  • 90% clinical responsibilities with 10% protected administrative time dedicated to chart review teaching and educational activities.
  • One 24-hour weekend call per month.
  • Supervise and teach OB/GYN Residents in a collaborative academic environment.
  • Work alongside an experienced and highly collaborative Nurse Midwifery team.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in Complex Family Planning participate in clinical research and lead quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active or eligible for a New York State Medical License

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $296000* (board eligible); $301000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435800** (board eligible) and $441300** (board certified)which includes the baseline salary 401(k) contribution sessional/per diem hours and other factors as set forth below:

  • Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70200***.

  • Projected bonus of up to $40000 (based on previous years average) contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

    • Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.
    • After one year ofservice employees receive anadditional7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
