Experience and Education: Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Three years of experience cooking and baking from scratch menu planning food procurement or similarexperiences preferably in a school or institutional setting. One year of Supervisory level experience in a large-scale food service production kitchenRequirements: Valid Serv-Safe Manager Certificate or equivalent Valid California Class C Drivers License DMV Printout with driving record within the last 3 months Responsible for maintaining annual job specific education/training that comply with the USDA mandatedSchool Nutrition Professional Standards Four Key Areas: Nutrition Operations Administration andCommunications/Marketing. Completion of Civils Rights in Food Service Integrated Pest Management Mandated Reporter SexualHarassment and Workplace Violence training
