We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families
Requirements
Specialty: Elder Care Nurse Supervisor
Licensure: Unrestricted AZ or compact state license
Certifications: BLS
Experience: 2 years of experience; leadership experience strongly preferred
Schedule:Open to 5x8 hours or 4x10
Job Duties:
- Provide leadership and oversight for daily clinical operations within the assigned unit department or service line.
- Establish and support patient experience and satisfaction standards aligned with organizational values.
- Monitor clinical performance and operational effectiveness through audits rounding and data review.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities including audit development data analysis and corrective action planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies procedures regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams leadership and support services to coordinate care delivery.
- Oversee staffing scheduling and appropriate resource utilization.
- Support implementation of new initiatives workflows and procedural changes.
