The Position:

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding Pain Management team in North Phoenix Arizona. This provider will work closely with physicians to evaluate diagnose and manage patients with chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
• Active DEA License
• Active CDS License
• Pain Management Experience Preferred
• Neurology Orthopedic Spine or Primary Care Experience Considered
• Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
• Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities:

• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient Only
• Conduct Comprehensive Patient Evaluations and Physical Exams
• Review Imaging and Diagnostic Studies
• Diagnose and Manage Chronic Pain Conditions
• Order and Interpret Diagnostic Testing
• Prescribe Medications and Therapies as Appropriate
• Educate Patients on Treatment Plans and Care Options
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation
• Collaborate with Physicians Regarding Interventional Pain Procedures
• Respond to Patient Questions and Follow-Up Care Needs
• Provide Compassionate Patient-Centered Care
