We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) to join our established medically integrated practice in Salem OR.
This is an excellent part-time opportunity for a provider interested in integrative medicine wellness sports injuries mens health and medical weight management while earning a highly competitive hourly rate.
What Youll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of health and wellness needs
Provide alternative and integrative medical care
Treat sports and musculoskeletal injuries
Provide mens health services
Manage medical weight loss patients
Develop individualized treatment plans
Perform appropriate in-office treatments and procedures within scope of practice
Collaborate with Medical Doctors Chiropractors Naturopathic Doctors and other providers
Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate
Oregon NP/PA license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Interest or experience in integrative/functional medicine wellness sports medicine or regenerative medicine preferred
Collaborative personable and patient-focused

Compensation & Schedule

$100$125 per hour
