Job Summary

We are currently seeking a part-timeNurse Practitioner to join our team at Heritage TrailCorrectional Facilitylocated in PlainfieldIndiana.
TheNurse Practitionerworks under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team performing assessments diagnosing patients and medication management.
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted Indiana APRN license
- Active unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background
Shift
- 1 day/week
- Day Shift
- No nights holidays or weekends
