Requirements/Preferred Experience:
- SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ophthalmology Division
- To be considered for the position the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working full-time as an NP/PA
- Experience in ophthalmology is not required but strongly encouraged
Position Details
- Full-time salaried position in Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics)
- 1.0 FTE schedule option of either 4 10-hour days or 5-day work week Monday-Friday with one hour for lunch
- 100% outpatient role primarily based at Sharp Rees-Stealys Scripps Ranch clinic with occasional coverage at the Santee location
- No after-hours / No call / No inpatient work
- Opportunity to work closely alongside experienced oculoplastic physicians in a collaborative team-based environment
- Ideal candidate will be comfortable performing Botox injections

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154500.00-$216537.30 with eligibility for bonuses incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
