Special Education Teacher Washington Full-Time

Are you a Special Education Teacher who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for students with diverse needs Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington school district to recruit a dedicated educator for a full-time school-based position for the school year.
In this role youll provide specially designed instruction tailored to individual learning profiles and IEP goals. Youll adapt curriculum and classroom materials monitor student performance and use data to guide instructional decisions. Collaboration will be an important part of the position as you work with general education teachers related service providers administrators and families to promote consistent support across settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt curriculum assignments and assessments to address learning needs.
- Develop implement and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
- Support positive behavior and inclusive classroom practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary planning and student support meetings.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP objectives.
Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelors or masters degree in Special Education Education or a related field and hold a valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement or meet eligibility requirements for certification. Experience in resource inclusion or self-contained settings is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication organization classroom management instructional planning and teamwork skills.
