Position Overview
Village Caregiving is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide non-medical in-home support to clients in the Weirton area.
In this role youll help individuals maintain independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in a comfortable home setting.
No experience required Paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing grooming dressing)
- Support mobility including transfers and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation for essential errands
- Communicate with supervisors and care teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Dependable and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Must meet pre-employment requirements
