Seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Marketing Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business initiatives primarily focusing on large commercial accounts within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in commercial lines a client-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

• Salary Range: $140000 - $170000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance

• Develop and manage new business opportunities with a primary focus on large real estate accounts (over $100K in premium).
• Provide a white glove approach to client service ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the servicing team on large complex renewals as needed.
• Quote and manage new and renewal business with a primary emphasis on new business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in large commercial lines with a strong focus on real estate accounts.
• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the New York City boroughs and local real estate market is essential.
