Scope of Project:

Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking a Web Developer to support the CRIS Redevelopment Expansion and Implementation project.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web-based applications and websites.
Design and implement backend solutions using C# Core 10.
Develop and optimize SQL Server 2022 database components.
Build and integrate REST APIs and JSON-based services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery.
Participate in application design development testing deployment and maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to State standards organizational policies and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing web applications.
Prepare technical documentation and support system implementation activities.

Required/Preferred Skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience developing websites or web-based applications.
Proficiency in C# programming language.
Proficiency Core 10 development framework.
Experience with SQL Server 2022 database management.
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery.
Experience developing REST APIs and working with JSON data.
Experience translating client requirements into technical requirements.
Knowledge of software development best practices and standards.

Preferred:
Experience with government agencies or public sector projects.
Experience with enterprise-scale web application development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
