Job Summary

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

8 years of experience in AEM development; strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites Assets Sling Jobs and workflows.
Provide technical leadership to development teams including mentoring conducting code reviews and promoting industry best practices (DevOps Cloud Agile).
Collaborate with business teams to define requirements identify risks and define maintainable solutions within the AEM platform
Design develop and support AEM components integrations and applications for building websites
Expertise in Java Sling OSGi HTL (Sightly) and front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configs caching techniques and performance tuning
Experience deploying websites to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises installations.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git Maven Jenkins or other DevOps tools
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving production issues in AEM environments.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and team collaboration tools

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience with Adobe Target is not required but consider a plus
Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM is a
Experience with Akamai Content Delivery Network for websites
Experience with language translation tools such as Smartling or Transperfect
Experience with search engines such as Coveo or Solr
