About the Role
Essitys Health and Medical Solutions team is looking for an experiencedNationalSales Trainer - Compression.This role will implement operationally efficient and strategic training activities that drive growth for Essitys US Compression Sales teams through consistent best in class sales force readiness strategies and brings value to the sales team and the customer through elevating the knowledge and effectiveness of our sales organization.This is a full-time position and will report directly to the US Medical Sales Training Manager.
This will be a remote position. The ideal candidate could live in Charlotte Philadelphia or near a major US international airport and able to travel often within the aligned Essity Regional structure.

What You Will Do
Capture and analyze training needs for the US Compression sales organization which is focused on the JOBST brand and affiliated products.
Lead the development of and/or prepare respective training programs processes tools and activities aligned toidentifiedneeds of the sales organization to be successful.
Partner with SalesMarketing and Commercial Developmentboth locally and globally to centrally develop and administer training programs and events that ensure consistent activation of GTM strategies and value propositions for the Essity US Compression Business.
Thoroughly understand salesforce businessobjectivesandperceptionof the compression category and the JOBST brand/ affiliated products and translate them into meaningful and impactful training experiences.
Develop an annual training calendar with a focus on product knowledgeour corporatesalesmethodology strategic partner activation reimbursement insightsand market and competitor insights.
Develop and execute methodologies for measuring and tracking A&P investments against improved assessment and deepening knowledge/expertise;leveragingscorecard practices and holding the team accountable ensuring continuous learning and improved scores.
Ensure complianceintheutilizationof all clinical evidence withappropriate Regulatory Compliance and Legal partners.
Supports building content for eLearning curriculum and managing the roll out of that content to the Compression sales team.
Presentsvirtualtrainingto thefield as needed.
Manages resources to support fieldtraining.
Assistthe sellersby being available to address ongoing market needs.
Strategically and efficiently manageA&P budget.
Customize global programs to meet the needs of the local market
Co-travels with field sellers across the country to support their continuous development (up to30% travel)
Who You Are
Bachelors degree withMastersdegree or higher preferred.
Previousstrongtrainingexperience min 10 years leading teams line managementand/training.
Mastery inprofessional sales methodologies and proven successfulembedment of these programswithin an organization.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Teams Excel PowerPointCoPilot Whiteboardetc.) and ability to work with graphics software.
Ability to activate training for all stages ofB2Bsales cycle.
Strong experience in the compression therapy spacewith a minimum of 10 years working within vascular or lymphatic medicine as a trainer cliniciansalesprofessionaland/orsales manager.
Ability to quickly garner respectand galvanizepeerscrossfunctionally(sales marketing financedistributionand operations)to successfully execute training programs.
Ability toidentifytasks takeinitiativeand drive results.
Organizational and project management excellenceisa must: proven problem solver with strong ability to multi-task and handle project deadlines.
Demonstrable managerial courage withabilityto manage and measure work production.
Effective communicationpresentationand collaborative skills.
Proven ability toidentifynew market trends and knowledge of healthcare/government legislation andimpact oncustomers.
Experience in converting technical product information tosalesforce and customer relevant benefits.
Experience in supporting all aspects of a detailed multi-componentprogram from concept to completion in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Superbtrack recordin developing and executing successful training programs recordingperformance providing feedback loop to field managers and adaptingfeedback to deviseenhancedtraining.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles
Working knowledge of sound instructional design
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strategic and creative mindset
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to travel up to30%
