Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a National Nurse Resident youll step into a hands-on supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You wont be on your own. You can expect real mentorship meaningful feedback and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day youll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. Youll administer treatments track vitals educate patients and families and play a key role in making sure people feel seen heard and cared for.

To succeed in this role youll actively engage in our comprehensive evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset youll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful fulfilling nursing career.

  • Youre in patient rooms quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor
  • Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility
  • Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice
  • Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients
Job Requirements

  • Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association
    • Basic Life Support - CPR
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 120 Days

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing
