National Account Administrator

The National Account Administrator (NAA) role is vital in supporting our Sales team. From contract details and process alignment to system and admin support this role involves a combination of administrative tasks coordination and creating/maintaining sales efficiencies. The NAA role supports and collaborates closely with our National Account Executives (NAEs) and other internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate client details and information within Salesforce
• Coordinate meetings tradeshows and travel arrangements
• Log receipts for NAEs
• Manage customer portals
• Track and follow-up with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
• Create edit and format documents reports presentations and spreadsheets
• Serve as a point of contact for clients vendors and other external parties
• Support VP and Director with administration duties and other special projects
• Increase capacity of NAEteam by taking initiative to take tasks off their plate
• Assist National ProgramOperations team with estimating and production tasks
