Job Summary

The Multi - Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel visitors and the area.
Wage Range: $17.40-$19.00/HR - (based on placement)
Required Experience
What You Can Expect:
Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
Provide customer service and information to the clients employees and guests.
Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
Conduct tours of the property.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Required Skills
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
Must have a professional demeanor.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Drivers License.
Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
