Multi-Channel Sales Representative

As a Multi-Channel Sales Representative you will be one of the first people customers connect with when they need guidance. Your ability to listen uncover needs recommend the right products and follow through will directly impact customer satisfaction revenue growth and long-term relationships.
What Youll Own
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone chat email and other sales channels.
- Build rapport with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs timelines and purchasing goals.
- Recommend products services and solutions that support customer objectives.
- Create accurate quotes and guide customers through the buying process.
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities support repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage multiple conversations and opportunities across channels while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Help customers feel confident in their purchasing decisions by asking thoughtful questions and providing clear recommendations.
- Increase quote-to-order conversion by following through with timely professional communication.
- Support revenue growth by identifying opportunities asking for the order and managing customer needs with urgency.
- Represent School Outfitters positively across every customer touchpoint.
- Contribute ideas that improve sales effectiveness customer experience and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- Based in the Cincinnati area and able to work onsite four days per week.
- Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close business.
- Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communication channels at the same time.
- Strong organization follow-up and time management skills.
- Comfort learning products systems sales processes and customer support tools.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
