Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans on patients as per physician orders
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain and operate MRI equipment effectively
Review and evaluate images for quality and diagnostic value
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients about the MRI process and answer any questions
Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the imaging department
Requirements
Education: Associates Degree preferred; graduate of an approved imaging program; required.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); required
5 years of MRI experience; preferred
