Job Summary

Job Title: MLT/MT Tech-General Lab
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Jackson GA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Night shift: 7pm-7:30am
Total Weekly Hours: 36

Description

This role under the general supervision of the Supervisor Manager or Laboratory Director permits the Medical Laboratory Technician to perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility and exercise independent judgment minimally as competency is demonstrated.
Accuracy: Maintains acceptable accuracy in-patient quality assurance proficiency and competency testing.
Critical Thinking: Uses clinical/theoretical knowledge to analyze investigate interpret and report lab data.
Job Knowledge: Maintains current personal training education and practice of policies and procedures.
Productivity: Practices organizational skills for efficient of time materials cost and availability of lab data.
Communication: Practices information monitoring investigation resolution and hand-off to team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Shift: 7pm-7:30am
MLT(AAB) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT(AMT) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT(ASCP) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT-P - Medical Laboratory Technician Provisional (18 Months) within 1-1/2 Yrs
1 year experience
