We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Science Teacher to join our vibrant K8 Catholic school community in Woodbridge Virginia. Our mission is to provide a diverse Christ-centered environment where every child grows in wisdom knowledge and grace. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping students discover the wonders of Gods creation through science while deepening their understanding of the Catholic faith.

The successful candidate will teach middle school science helping students develop both a strong academic foundation and a deeper relationship with Christ. The ideal candidate will help students explore the harmony between faith and reason fostering an appreciation for both scientific inquiry and Catholic intellectual tradition.

Required:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of the school
• Desire to share the love of Christ with young people
• Strong instructional skills and understanding of effective teaching practices
• Passion for helping students grow in both knowledge and virtue

Preferred:

• Teaching experience in science
• Virginia teaching license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in a Catholic school setting
• Background in a science-related field

Please Note: Teacher certification is not required for employment. We welcome qualified candidates who are not yet certified and will provide support and guidance through the certification process.
