Join the Milwaukee Division as a Mercedes Benz Service Advisor where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional automotive service experiences to our valued this position you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team ensuring a smooth and satisfying service process while upholding the prestigious Mercedes Benz brand standards.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally providing an engaging and attentive service experience.
• Assess customers vehicle service needs and communicate recommended services clearly and effectively.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed parts used and customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries concerns and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the parts department and other internal teams to facilitate seamless service operations.
• Stay updated on Mercedes Benz products services and warranty policies to provide accurate information.

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Milwaukee WI.
