Key Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds clients self-confidence and self-worth.
- Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients including program development assessment and documentation.
- Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programing and clinical services.
- Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction.
- Assist clients with healthcare needs and personal fund management.
- Maintain open and honest communication with your team promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
- Uphold policies procedures and philosophy of Thrive Behavioral Network.
What Were Looking For:
To join our team you need to meet at least one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
- Fluency in a non-English language spoken by at least 50% of your clients with 40 hours of mental health training and weekly clinical supervision until you have 2000 hours of supervised experience; or
- At least 40000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
- Currently a graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training assigned by an accredited institution; or
- Masters or other graduate degree in a behavioral science-related field from an accredited college or university.
