This role focuses on recruiting and enrolling new members achieving membership sales goals and maintaining membership records with precision and :Actively recruit and enroll new members to achieve and exceed membership sales a seamless enrollment process and maintain meticulous membership records in compliance with organizational standards. This includes file maintenance and data and organize the prospect database leveraging system functionality to track leads generate reports and optimize the Club in community activities and organizations to build awareness and generate prospective membership participate in Club events particularly golf tournaments contributing ideas and assisting with first-class member alongside the Director of Membership to develop innovative programs and social media campaigns that enhance awareness and brand informed about Club bylaws policies and updated materials on competing country clubs and their offerings to maintain competitive accurate and timely reports to the Director of other responsibilities as assigned by :4-5 years of direct sales experience preferably in a country club or similar computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Meticulous in file maintenance and data creativity and keen attention to verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to present to diverse ability to write detailed reports business correspondence and procedural interpersonal skills with a member-centric availability including weekends and holidays with a willingness to travel as business needs RequirementsAbility to sit and stand for extended to lift and move moderate weights as EnvironmentPrimarily based in an indoor clubhouse property tours interacting with potential and current members.
