Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently work independently once trained.

As the first and last point of contact you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly and tending to the visual presentation of the studio

• Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program

• Following a proven sales process

• Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries

• Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
