If youre an experienced Medication Aide or Med Tech wed love to meet Medication Aide provides resident care services including assistance with self-administration of medication to residents in our Assisted Living community. This role works under the supervision of the Resident Care Director (RCD) and helps maintain a positive safe environment for of ResponsibilityApproach all interactions with residents associates and visitors in a friendly service-oriented mannerAssist residents with medications as allowed under state guidelinesAssist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting positioning transfers mobility and incontinence careCommunicate daily with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of careParticipate in and help lead resident activities as neededMaintain a strong focus on resident satisfaction and customer servicePerform other job duties as assigned (full job description available upon request)QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of one year of experience with senior adults highly preferredMay be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) depending on state requirements; if licensed or certified must be in good standing with the state agencyMust possess a current Medication Training certification(RMA)Must pass a criminal background screeningThis is a drug-free workplace; associates must comply with the companys Drug-Free Workplace policyCPR and First Aid certification preferred or as required by state regulationsExperience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred
