• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders residents care plans and applicable regulations.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.

• Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes side effects or concerns and report them promptly.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents families and team members.

• Required Credentials: Meet Nebraskas applicable medication aide training competency and registry requirements.

• Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
