This is a full-time evening position.

What Youll Do

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Build positive relationships with residents and your fellow team members.
Help create a safe supportive and welcoming environment.

What Were Looking For

Current Medication Aide certification as required by the state.
Compassionate dependable and attentive to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
Ability to work the scheduled evening shift including weekends and holidays as needed.
