Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Medicare Sales

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable compliant sales-driven and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Details
- Location: Northeast Baltimore Metro Area
- $20/hr Commission
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales opportunities with prospective Medicare members
- Educate clients on Medicare Plan options
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems
- Meet or exceed sales productivity and quality performance goals
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License in resident state (additional non-resident licenses a plus)
- Current AHIP certification preferred
- Prior Medicare sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
