Scope of Role
This is a local on call field support role focused on maintaining and supporting deployed robotic systems in a clinical setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing light service maintenance and device updates
- Supporting device validations and basic troubleshooting
- Assisting with clinical demos and operational readiness
- Providing structured feedback to our engineering team
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Mechanically inclined (engineering student technician or hands on builder)
- Reliable and responsive for short-notice on-site support
- Comfortable working in hospital environments
- Able to follow structured procedures with attention to detail
No advanced robotics experience is required. This is a hands on practical support role with guidance provided.
