ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS

Willingham Works is a nurse-led woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with outpatient clinics and physician practices across Kentucky and southern Indiana and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Medical Assistants for clinic engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Medical Assistants in Paducah Kentucky and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool to match with our partner clinics.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

* Medical Assistant certification preferred (CCMA RMA NCMA)

* Experience in primary care family medicine or specialty practice

* Comfortable with both front office (scheduling intake insurance) and back office (vitals injections EMR documentation)

* EMR experience: Epic Athena eClinicalWorks NextGen or similar

* Phlebotomy experience is a plus

* Open to full-time or part-time

COMPENSATION

MA engagements typically pay $15 $22 per hour varying by practice and experience.
