Position Summary
Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) with 3 years of experience to join our highvolume outpatient practice in Macon GA. The ideal candidate is dependable organized and comfortable working in a fastpaced clinical environment. Strong knowledge of Athena EMR is required.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Rooming patients obtaining vitals and documenting medical histories
Assisting providers with examinations and procedures
Administering injections performing phlebotomy and completing basic MA clinical tasks
Managing highvolume patient flow efficiently
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Athena
Coordinating referrals authorizations and patient followup
Supporting frontoffice tasks as needed (phones scheduling checkin/out)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required
3 years of MA experience in a clinical setting
Proficiency with Athena EMR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a highvolume workload
Bilingual not required
