Position Summary

The Assembly III role is responsible for full mechanical integration of the main unit. This role requires advanced mechanical knowledge problem-solving capability and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full mechanical integration and main unit assembly.
• Lead complex build phases and resolve mechanical issues independently.
• Ensure assemblies meet design quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Electrical teams during integration phases.
• Identify root causes of mechanical issues and support corrective actions.
• Train and mentor Assembly I & II team members.
• Support continuous improvement and standard work adherence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical assembly and integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accountability for quality and schedule.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams.
