I have a client located in Siler City North Carolina who is looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Machine Designer.

The ideal Mechanical Engineer will have experience designing custom industrial machinery and material handling equipment using SOLIDWORKS.

This is a temp to possible perm position that is required to be fully onsite.

Requirements

Experience designing custom machinery or material handling systems
Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS is required
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Ability to create detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
Experience working with conveyors chutes structural steel or industrial equipment
Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes
Ability to work directly with engineering and production teams
Mechanical Engineering degree or related experience preferred
