As a mechanical engineer for Land and Air Systems youll be a member or lead of a cross functional team responsible for the design and development of Navigation Communicaitons and Control systems.

Provides technical input to Project or Engineering Management in linking project-related strategy to business goals and collaboration with cross-functional domains including Other Engineering Disciplines Program Management Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.

Very Solid with solid modeling CAD tools to create mechanical models and accompanying drawings.
Very Solid knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools (ANSYS) and understanding of application.
Very Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts principles and theories.
Very Solid knowledge of technical standards manufacturing/fabrication methods government/industry standards.
Familiarity with and ability to apply MIL-STD-810.

Target salary range: USD $100219.00/Yr. - USD $111180.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
